    Intern (Full Time)
  • Overview

This is NOT your typical, coffee-fetching summer internship. At BHC RHODES, we treat (and pay) our interns like real employees, because they're doing REAL work. As a part of our team, you will work hands-on alongside our team of GIS analysts and engineers, with potential for field data collection for use in various mapping applications, and participate in a rotation that gives you exposure to the four different engineering segments in our firm and how GIS is integrated. Over the course of this 9-week internship, you will have the opportunity to conduct applicable research on an industry-relevant topic, and present your findings to leadership. Our interns also have access to networking events with other young professionals in the KC metro, fun teambuilding events, fundraising opportunities, and all company events.

This internship will take place during June - August 2020, with specific dates to be determined, and 40 hours per week. If you have prior GIS intern experience, you may qualify for our 2nd year internship program with increased responsibilities and expectations.
