As the Resident Project Supervisor, you will work under direction of a Project Manager and provide field supervisory support to the general contractor with technical guidance.  This is a contract position lasting 3 months. The Resident Project Supervisor will need to be on site when work is being done, therefore you will work 5 - 6 days a week, possibly up to 10 hours a day.  The project location is in Manchester, California.  If home residence is farther than 50 miles from project site this position qualifies for a per diem (meals and expenses) and sign on bonus.

As the Outside Plant (OSP) Field Construction Manager, you will have responsibility of overseeing and supporting OSP Construction projects. These projects will emphasize safety and consists of: Engineering design/Construction feasibility review, Construction inspection in a controlled Data Center Environment, High Density Fiber Optic Installation for Outside Plant/Inside Plant green and brown-field projects, Fiber Optic Retrofits and Data Center Improvements to brown-field projects, Material Requirements for specification (OFCI & CFCI), understanding contractual obligations, validating quantities and Work In Place (WIP).   As the Construction Inspector you are to provide service for our client's Global Data Center Connectivity OSP team (GDCC). These data centers are the foundation upon which innovative services are delivered, and our rapidly scaling infrastructure operates. The GDCC team delivers infrastructure connectivity for the global data centers, using the latest fiber optic, cabling, and hardware to deliver the physical infrastructure that connects the world to our family of products offered on the network.   This project is located in Iowa, starting by April and will continue through September. Additional project locations may be awarded.
