The Permitting Manager is responsible for managing various right of way and permitting processes for Utility Projects (long haul, fiber optic routes) nationwide. Main responsibilities include; assist with identification of various authorities along the routes, provide oversight and implement tracking processes to monitor progress, ensure that all requirements are gathered and communicated to the engineering team, regularly follow up on permitting activities on multiple routes to identify bottlenecks and items needing focused attention.
Responsible for contributing in the Small Cells RF Design of client’s regional cellular network. Responsibilities include: validating search areas within their geographic area of responsibility; working with the performance and capacity team to understand areas of concern. Analyze multiple Small Cell Solutions to meet RF objectives from capacity offload and coverage enhancement point of view. Coordinate the project from start to end with other team members.
The OSP Designer is responsible for all aspects of OSP design including office design, field design, drawing markup, permitting, quality control, quantity takeoffs, and construction specification development for various telecommunications projects.

As the Civil Project Engineer (PE) you are responsible for the timely and accurate completion of assigned Site Development projects. You'll assure the client gets the designs and opinions described in the contract between the firm and the client and that the cost of the project shall be within established budgets.
The Party Chief has sufficient knowledge and experience to lead the operation of equipment, field data gathering practices, survey workflows, and application of mathematics in the field to accomplish survey projects. The Party Chief supervises the survey operations in the field and therefore must demonstrate enough knowledge, experience, and responsibility to operate independently and to supervise others. The Party Chief has sufficient experience and knowledge to identify and report information in the field that relates to boundary determination, construction issues, irregularities in previous work, or other factors that relate to the application of our surveying work. The Party Chief may or may not have an LSIT or PS, but is expected to be progressing toward professional licensure through on-the-job experience and independent learning. The Party Chief is also a representative of the company while on job sites and is expected to demonstrate effective interpersonal skills and maturity. The Party Chief typically reports to a Project Surveyor or Survey Manager. A Party Chief may evolve into a Senior Survey Technician or a Project Surveyor depending on their experience, training path, and personal qualities.
